Yale Lane

The project on Yale Lane is your basic fix-it up project. The house had been neglected over the years and required some basic needs: new paint exterior and interior, new flooring, lighting, bathrooms and fixtures and landscaping.

Some of the exterior had wood rot in various areas and overgrown shrubbery. This was trimmed back, seed was spread versus sod in an effort to reduce costs and a new coat of paint applied. New double pane windows were installed to reduce noise, better insulate the house and improve the overall appearance.

The interior work included some new kitchen cabinets, engineered hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, faucets and other fixtures. A fresh coat of paint, some new carpeting in the basement and the house looks like new.
